2000 Mazda Miata

This Miata slid on a wet road into a higher than normal concrete curb. It broke the driver's rear spindle and bent the lower control arm. The curb drove itself into the lower half of the quarter panel crushing it inward. It drove the whole rear over about an inch and a half. This made the trunk lid alignment off. So there was a trip to the frame shop but it was an easy fix.

The body damage repair was fairly easy, had to replace the bumper reinforcement bar and the bumper cover. The issue was that the owner had this paint mixed up special sometime back. It was full of pearl making blending not that easy.

Plus there was no real paint number to star with. I have a really sharp paint guy and he come up with the paint. The owner just wanted it all shot all over again so there would be no shading difference.

All of my cars in my pictures and videos are actual real customer's cars, so usually my main focus is to get the job done. However, I plan to do better in the future on collecting more photos.
